We believe that one of the reasons for failure of many enterprise and supplier development (ESD) programmes are the rigid processes that sometimes seem to suggest that solving small and medium enterprise challenges can be addressed through blanket solutions. It is because of this and our experience through the years working with entrepreneurs and being entrepreneurs ourselves that we have learnt that bespoke solutions derived from a needs assessment is usually what works best in building resilient businesses.
This knowledge of course has guided us in both programmes and projects we undertake with clients and as expected, has saved a lot of time and money. In addition to the programmes we deliberately also put together networking platforms in the form of events that allow entrepreneurs to meet potential business partners, stakeholders, and even funders whilst attaining knowledge and gleaning from the experiences of others.
